Lactobacillus Rhamnosus with FOS from the American brand Swanson is a high-tech probiotic supplement that combines the most extensively studied strain of beneficial bacteria with prebiotic nourishment to support their rapid growth. Lactobacillus Rhamnosus is the true ‘gold standard’ among probiotics thanks to its ability to effectively suppress pathogenic flora and restore balance in the gastrointestinal tract. Taking this complex from Swanson ensures the gut is reliably colonised by friendly microorganisms, which is critically important for recovery after a course of antibiotics, a change in diet, or whilst travelling.
